Post Re: Help: MeGUI Threw Error
Just an update. Some poking around I discovered the BDSup2Sub program. Nice program. I exported only the forced subs to a new sup file and end up with the same errors in MeGUI. BDS2S does confirm that the image size for the problem subs is a full 1920x1080 while the rest of the subs are only as large as they need to be. I would surmise that SupTitle isn't currently able to handle an image this large and is causing a problem. Can we please get a fix?

After reading some release updates for other SUP file tools out there, it occurred to me too that the image size on the forced subtitles contained in this movie might be the source of the issue. I uploaded the SUP file for Zach to review. I've not heard any more but I've been checking back to see if there is any comment or update available.

Hopefully, we'll see or hear something soon... this DLL is a nice addition to my bag of video processing tools.

Sorry guys, haven't had time to look into the problem. Hopefully next week I'll have a bit more free time.

Give this a try and make sure it doesn't break other SUP files as well:

Thanx... will give it a try overnight!

Cheers.

UPDATE: So far so good... proper decoding of forced and unforced subtitles with use of 'forcedOnly' at both 'true' and 'false'. The full x264 encode will run tonight but I suspect we're good to go! Thanx again, Zach. As far as the Beta designation, I'll keep exercising this version on other titles and let you know if I find any issues.

Yes, so far so good. Went through the whole movie. The forced subs look excellent!

Any problems with other sups?
If not, I'll make that a release version.
