Post Auto scaling / Resampling SubTitles
I wanted to start a new topic to talk about re-sampling. Originally it started here viewtopic.php?f=14&t=71

I asked around a bit came up with reasons to add auto scaling to supTitle.

1) Auto scaling is available in VSfilter, it seem to work well so far.
2) Adding subtitles before resize is not a good idea at all
- what if you want to sharpen video? It is faster to sharp picture when resoultion is smaller. In this case I would sharpen subtitles as well.
- what if you want to use denoise filter? Again it is faster at lower resolution. Also you don't want denoiser filter to touch subtitles either.
- Ect.. Pretty much any sort video rendering you want to do after you resize the video, and generally you do not want to run filter, etc on the subtitle.

You have a point there.

I'll see what I can come up with. There're numerous resampling algo's - which would be the preferred one?

From what I have found out, Spline36 is the way to go.
