As much of a straight copy from Borland as .NET may have been, there are, however, numerous features / controls / components I've grown to love in the Borland world that are simply not available in the Microsoft world.
For instance, I truly missed the Object TreeView (or Structure View in the later versions) which allows you to visualize how your controls hang together.
More importantly, it allows designers to reparent docked controls via drag and drop, as well as dropping a new control on a parent buried underneath other controls.
